Mr. Ferguson is a seasoned executive sales and project management professional with exemplary experience in business development, marketing, sales management, operations and start-up companies within a variety of industries. His expertise in building high-performance teams and streamlining organizations has delivered substantial growth in competitive markets.

Prior to his leadership role as President/CEO of Waterford, Mr. Ferguson began his career as Managing Partner of Ferguson, Inc. a commercial construction management and manufacturer’s representative firm, leading all aspects of the business to a successful buyout while remaining a consultant for three additional years. He served as Director of Sales/Construction Manager for an award winning commercial property development firm, worked as National Sales Manager for GlenMartin, Inc., a global manufacturer of tower structures for the wireless industry, and Vice President of a wireless communications site development company where he managed numerous network infrastructure buildouts throughout the United States, Central America and the Caribbean.

Allyson Perkins

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for Waterford, Allyson is responsible for financial planning, corporate development, accounting, tax, auditing, investor relations, financial reporting, operational reporting, and accounting policy.


Prior to joining the company in 2015, Allyson served as Controller for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company where she was responsible for all accounting and warehousing functions including budgeting, financial and operational reporting, vendor contract negotiations, capital expenditure oversight, AR/AP, inventory management and logistics.


Along with her extraordinary financial talent and experience, Allyson offers a diverse educational and professional background that includes serving as Regional Manager in charge of Client Strategy for a renowned neurosurgical firm, as well as a leadership role as an Industrial Engineer for United Parcel Service where she began her professional career as a commercial pilot, accumulating ratings qualification for pilot operation of the Boeing 757 at age 21 - earning recognition as the youngest female pilot in UPS’ fleet.

Matthew Schipani

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Schipani is one of the founding members of Waterford Consultants, and currently serves as Chief Information Officer. In this role he is responsible for leading Waterford’s information technology group, software products division and other technology centric endeavors throughout the organization. Mr. Schipani has been able to help drive success at Waterford by bringing to bear his hands-on knowledge and experience from an information technology career spanning three decades, and multiple industries including defense, communication, healthcare and energy.

 

Prior to his role at Waterford, Mr. Schipani served as the Chief Technology Officer for Asset Performance Networks, a petrochemical industry leader in delivering Software as a Service (“SaaS”) capital project planning, turnaround and risk management tools to the capital project and turnaround communities worldwide. Mr. Schipani exemplifies Waterford’s commitment to leading the way through exemplary innovation and the advancement of cutting edge technologies.

Steve Baier-Anderson Waterford Consultants

Steve Baier-Anderson

Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Baier-Anderson has worked in the wireless industry since 1990 as an engineering consultant and cellular network engineer. Prior to his leadership role as Chief Technical Officer for Waterford, Mr. Baier-Anderson held key roles in the design, deployment and optimization of 2G, 3G, and 4G services in the Mid-Atlantic region during his 17-year career with Verizon Wireless.

Mr. Baier-Anderson has a thorough understanding of the developmental and operational aspects of wireless networks and participates as a leading advocate for the advancement of Waterford’s role in utilizing the latest, cutting edge technologies to optimize the way in which RF-based regulatory compliance is achieved. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine and an MS in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Jeffery Ebihara

Vice President - Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Ebihara plays a pivotal role in developing and executing Waterford’s growth strategy. He is responsible for tapping into new opportunities for Waterford’s expanding solutions portfolio, in addition to leading and bolstering the company’s nationwide sales team. With over 35 years of experience spanning across telecommunications, tower development, and utilities, Jeff’s knowledge of multiple industry verticals is key in penetrating new markets and securing noteworthy projects.

 

Before joining Waterford, Mr. Ebihara served in several executive leadership capacities, including real estate and construction manager at BellSouth Mobility, director of national site development at AT&T Wireless Services, regional vice president at American Tower, and national director of business development at Network Building + Consulting.  He has also served in local government as a twice-elected official in Michigan, gaining formal recognition from then Governor Granholm for his innovative leadership.

Director - Regulatory Operations

As the Director of Waterford’s RF Operations, Danny is responsible for overseeing all field technical, engineering and report development activities. Mr. Audi’s 20+ years’ exemplary experience in conducting RF compliance audits and analyses for the wireless carriers has earned him the utmost respect of his peers, and a well-deserved reputation for his tireless commitment to not just “getting the job done”, but “getting it done better than everyone else”.

Prior to joining Waterford in 2013, Mr. Audi held a managerial position with SiteSafe, where he led all RF field and administrative operations and played an integral role in the repeated annual growth of the company. Prior to his Director role, Mr. Audi honed his RF skills and expertise as EME Manager and RF Field Technician, as well as served as a Software/RFCAD Technician for Biby Engineering.

Dipesh Patel

Program Manager - RFIS

Dipesh oversees RF design and operations services for Waterford’s revolutionary RFIS™ (Radio Frequency Infrastructure Sentry) program - a ground-breaking solution that redefines the RF emissions compliance process through continuous monitoring.  Dipesh’s well-versed knowledge in RF propagation and optimization for In-Building DAS, macro sites, and small cells has proved invaluable towards ensuring RFIS™ and Waterford’s other compliance solutions exceeded expectations for delivery and performance, regardless of application or site type.

Prior to joining Waterford, Mr. Patel held key roles in the design, deployment & optimization of 3G, 4G, Public Safety & 5G networks for right-of-way small cells, and In-Building DAS systems with Crown Castle. He has extensive technical expertise in numerous RF planning and data processing software including iBwave, Atoll, TEMS, Windcatcher, and Actix. Dipesh holds a BS in electrical engineering from MPIET India and a MS in technology management from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Cullen Prince

Director - Marketing

Cullen is responsible for Waterford’s marketing strategy and participates as a key contributor in several aspects of the company’s initiatives. From campaign development and content creation to creative design and communications, his skillset contributes to reinforcing Waterford’s reputation as a leader in wireless regulatory and compliance, engineering, and software-based technology development. He believes the innovative solutions provided by Waterford deserve powerful narratives that resonate with prospective and existing clientele.   

 

Cullen has held B2B marketing roles in multiple technology-focused companies, having experience in both hardware and software. He recently led marketing initiatives at Interconnect Systems Inc., a Molex company, which focused on custom microelectronics design and manufacturing for numerous industry verticals. He received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
