Ian Maxwell -- Ian has over 28 years experience in managing the operations of leading telecommunications companies. As COO/V.P. Operations at Sitesafe, Ian was responsible for all operational activities. He has also served as Vice President of Site Acquisition for Commsite, General Manager of Program Management for LCC International, Director of Engineering and Program Management for Ericsson Canada, and in various management positions with Mitel Corporation.
Ian holds Engineering degrees from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Quebec, and Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario.

Larry Giessman -- Larry is familiar to people at many levels in the wireless industry. He is highly respected for his knowledge of technical RF issues and related regulatory compliance matters. With over 30 years experience in electronics and RF systems, he specializes in FCC compliance services regarding 47 CFR 22.371 "AM Detuning" requirements, to the Wireless community since 1997.
Larry’s extensive experience and expertise in developing and executing AM pattern measurement plans, designing remediation hardware, and the installation and maintenance of AM detuning systems, delivers unsurpassed service to Waterford Consultants’ clients in meeting their FCC regulatory compliance requirements.
